BUSINESS PROFILE

ALEXCOLE Realty Ventures is founded by Alexander G. Lumarda, a topnotched Certified Public Accountant (CPA) ranked 11th placer during the National CPA Licensure Examination last October 1999 and a topnotched licensed Real Estate Broker ranked 3rd placer during the National Real Estate Brokers Examination last May 2002 and a topnotched Real Estate Appraiser ranked 10th placer during July 2011 National Real Estate Appraisers Examination . He has worked as a practitioner and professor for several years.

This venture is in the partnership of his wife, Nicole D. Lumarda, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser and has a vast experience in the corporate work in the fields of Finance & Accounting. ALEXCOLE has been partner and affiliate of big product providers like Aboitizland, Inc., Commonwealth Estate Inc., Crown Communities, Inc., Taft Property Ventures, Eastland Property Ventures, Philippine Estates, Handumanan Development, Inc., Nexland, Inc., Filinvest, Inc., Cebu Holdings, Inc., Common Bacayan Development, Inc. and among others.
